Our Youth Intro to Y Ride series is designed for young riders ages 12 to 18 who are looking to improve their cycling skills and fitness through indoor cycling classes. In this series, participants will learn the basics of indoor cycling, proper form and technique, and how to effectively use resistance and speed to increase strength and endurance.

Each class will be led by a certified spin instructor who will guide participants through different intervals, climbs, and sprints to challenge their cardiovascular fitness and build leg strength. Our instructors will also provide motivation and support to help riders push themselves to reach their full potential.

Whether you are new to spinning or have some experience, this series is great for youth looking to improve their cycling abilities, get fit, and have fun in a supportive and encouraging environment. Join us for an exciting and challenging workout that will leave you feeling strong, energized, and accomplished!
