Chair cardio also known as chair Aerobics.....is designed to elevate your heart rate and keep it elevated for a set period of time. It helps build endurance and strengthens the heart....the class starts with a warm and ends with stretching and cool down.....includes a few yoga moves....most of the exercises are done sitting on a chair
