Mindfulness Meditation
This class will introduce and explore the meanings of “mindfulness” and teach several meditation techniques over 4 Saturday morning sessions. It is suitable for beginner and experienced meditators.
Dr. Mark Silverberg has been practicing mindfulness meditation in Shambhala, Plum Village, Insight Dialogue, and Vipassana traditions for over twenty years. He has also completed many intensive meditation retreats, most recently a four-month stay in Thailand and Malaysia.
