Cardio Core is a fun fast paced interval training class with lots of enthusiasm! This class uses combination moves to develop muscle and core, as well as increasing cardio capacity. We use weights, balls, bands and bells to ensure a variety of workouts. The class can be advanced as you can push it! It can also be tailored to meet all fitness levels keeping in mind any injuries clients may have. This ensures everyone has a fun and safe workout.
