Squash 57 is a lower impact variant of squash played with slightly different rules and a larger (57mm diameter) ball and modified racket.

The livelier ball allows for added time to reach your opponent’s shot and means Squash 57 doesn’t require the same intense deep lunging movement of squash that can be taxing on the knees, hips, and feet. It is ideal for senior players or those with less/no racket sport experience and provides a great workout in a social setting.

Squash combines quick thinking and hand-eye co-ordination. Squash 57 is suited to all ages of any physical ability and can help improve aerobic fitness, stamina, strength and flexibility.

Squash is very relaxing mentally. It takes focus to keep moving and playing the ball and for that reason it is mentally wonderful as all life’s stresses are blown away by the sheer physical task at hand.
