Traditional Yoga is an ancient practice originating in India that combines physical postures (asanas), breath control (pranayama), meditation (dhyana), and ethical principles to promote physical, mental and spiritual well-being.

Rooted in the philosophy of the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, it emphasizes on inner awareness, self-discipline and union of the body, mind and spirit.  As we move through our session, I encourage you to focus not only on how to poses feel in your body but also on your breath and your inner stillness. 

Let's begin this journey inward, toward greater peace and connection!
