Y Workout of the Day (WOD) is the perfect blend of strength, endurance and cardiovascular fitness! 

Participants will tackle constantly varied workouts that are specifically designed to utilize everyday movements, incorporating strength, power, endurance and stamina to elevate health to the next level! 

**Participants are asked to complete 5 minutes of easy cardio on any stationary machine before joining class**
