seconds of rest, packaged into a compact 35 minute class.
Programming emphasizes balance, core strength, unilateral movements, and
practical patterns that simulate everyday activities such as walking backwards, sitting
down, standing up, along with a mix of mobility exercises. All exercises are easy to
modify for all fitness levels.
