Then it’s off the bikes and into the second half: weights—lunges, lifts, and full-body moves that keep the intensity high. The instructor is part drill sergeant and part hype artist—counting reps and shouting encouragement. By the end, shirts are soaked, hair is wrecked, and lungs are questioning past life choices—but people still leave smiling, buzzing, and already half-convinced they’ll be back. 💦🚲🎶
