Partner Y Workout of the Day (WOD) is designed with not only the immediate benefits of physical activity in mind, but also the long-term investments! This dynamic class focuses on functional movements, strength, and endurance training. The goal of this class is to make an exercise a positive and shared experienced, helping to foster lifelong healthy habits!
This class is suitable for the lone exerciser, friends and parents with their child (8+) because starting physical activity early in life provides the foundation for lifelong wellness!
**Participants are asked to arrive early and complete 2-5 minutes of easy cardio on any stationary machine before class**
