A 40 minute full body strength and core workout using a combination of resistance
bands, free weights, kettlebells and body bars. Every day is different. The workout
includes a short warm-up, a core component, and a weighted workout targeting
shoulders, back, chest, biceps, triceps, and legs/glutes, with a 50-second work and a 10-
