Core 30 is a 30-minute bodyweight class designed to build deep core strength and stability.  This class uses body-weight movements to activate deep stabilizing muscles.  it will target the core muscles through controlled, functional movements that support better posture, balance and everyday mobility.  Emphasis is placed on alignment, breath, and control to build strength safely while enhancing body awareness. Suitable for all fitness levels, with modifications offered.
