This fun, supportive 45-minute class runs weekly for 8 weeks (May 5 – June 23, Tuesdays at 5:00 pm).
Each class includes a balanced mix of:
  • simple strength exercises to build muscle and support healthy bones
  • short, manageable cardio intervals to improve stamina and recovery
  • core and mobility work to help you move with ease
